
Prism stores data in projects that can contain several tables: each table contains a set of measurements from one experiment. The medical field then came up with their own set of guidelines: the SAMPL guidelines. APA (American Psychological Association) style was the first and most commonly used set of rules to report statistics. Most universities require students to follow APA format in the reporting of statistics.
